Webster Barnaby

Webster Barnaby is a member of the Florida House of Representatives representing the 29th district which primarily consists of Deltona, Deland, Lake Helen, and the Spruce Creek Fly In community. Rep. Barnaby assumed office on November 3, 2020 and was re-elected to a second term in 2022. Webster Barnaby was born in Birmingham, England. He earned an associate degree in business from Matthew Bolton Technical College.
After working in the hospitality industry in the United States Virgin Islands, Barnaby moved to Deltona, Florida in 1991. Webster Barnaby has worked as a district manager for National Write Your Congressman from 1994 to present. He also served on the Deltona City Commission from 2012 to 2014.
