The College Experience Unplugged: Real Stories, Real Insight.
Twelve Black males with diverse backgrounds and educational experiences take part in a focus group to explore contributing factors to academic success and obstacles faced by Black males in higher education. They engage in meaningful dialogue and share their perspectives centered around college life at both Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs). In addition, each male shares his individual viewpoints, allowing for a more in-depth exploration.
